Breakfast was standard and fit the bill.
Quite acceptable and appreciated.
No negatives.

Room was very clean comfortable and meet my needs
The only thing it was tricky getting get to where it's located. If you pass the turn-in from the main road, you have to make two u turns. It's just accessing the property from the main road, not the property itself. But a sign would help where you turn into the gas station parking lot so people will know that's how you access the property since it's hidden behind AutoZone and you don't see it from the main road.

Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower.
Lady at front desk gave the same room key to another guest, therefore, we got walked in on at 10pm at night. Luckily we were dressed and it was corrected immediately.
