Ideal and convenient location to avoid traffic; our property is easily accessible from the city center by foot using the underpass. Suitable for families and for couples. Includes all essential to make your stay as comfortable as possible: air conditioner in every room, washing machine, wifi, digital tv. Parking space is also included.

Bedlinen and towels: 10 euro each person and final cleaning 50 euro if the stay Is less one week. Tax of city is 2 euro each person until 5 days
E' molto rilassante prendere il sole nel terrazzo, ammirando l'intero panorama della cittadina normanna. Attico luminoso con posizione silenziosa. Posizione ideale per evitare il traffico; si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi utilizzando il sottopassaggio. Comodo sia per le famiglie che per le coppie. Con tutti i confort: condizionatore per ogni stanza, lavatrice, wifi, decoder digitale terrestre. Parcheggio per un posto macchina.
Lenzuola e asciugamani: si pagano 10 euro a persona se il soggiorno è meno di una settimana. La pulizia è 50 euro. La tassa di soggiorno è di 2 euro a persona fino al 5 giorno

This was honestly the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in! The panoramic views were absolutely stunning and we genuinely never got tired of them, easily the best spot in Cefalù to watch the sunset. We went swimming every day and loved coming back in the evenings to relax looking out over the town and sea. We really didn’t want to leave by the end of the trip.The apartment itself was spotless, really comfortable, perfectly kitted out, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and quiet while still being an easy walk into town.Luca was a fantastic host from start to finish and gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants, and places to visit. His brother Stefano also kindly collected us from the train station which was such a nice touch. We were also really thankful for the flexibility with checkout which really made our last day.Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!!

Had a wonderful stay in Cefalu! Luca is an amazing host who picked us up and dropped us off at the train station! He gave many recommendations on places to eat and things to do! The place is very spacious and clean, and has the most amazing balcony! Would definitely stay again :)

This condo (penthouse in our opinion) was exactly as shown! The deck was THE highlight and the views were incredible. Luca and Stefano were available on demand and made sure we had everything we needed! Just a short walk to old Towne, the beach and the Duomo made our 4 night stay remarkable. Highly recommend.

Luca was very helpful and friendly, great host! The apartmant is beautiful and cozy, more than on the pictures! Well equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for making breakfast, or dinner. The bed is so comfortable with a view that you don't want to use the shader! Huge and lovely terrace with stunning view! We had amazing days there, and definitely we we'll come back!!
