The staff especially Tia were amazing and took very good care of us during our stay.

It was the staff they where amazing. It was this one lady who would tell me happy birthday every time I walked u to the lobby and that made my entire day every time she made me feel special my entire stay

The room smelled heavily of men's cologne, which I initially assumed to be a poor choice of air freshner. After getting into bed, I realized the fragrance was coming from the pillows and bedding. After further inspection, I found body hairs in the bedding that were not my own! At this point, I realized, the cleaning maid had not changed the bedding when the prior guest departed. The cleaning maid ruined what would otherwise be a stellar review. And guess who was sitting on the floor outside my room door at 10:20am, waiting for me to leave the room and checkout by 11am...the maid with her cleaning cart!

Room was right in front of elevator. Need to work on sound proofing that room. Other guests did not adhere to noise curfew

Property was close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and tour bus. Room and common areas were clean. All the staff from valet, front desk and housekeeping greeted me and assisted on any requests.

The mattress was too soft and the air conditioner vents blew right over the head of the bed. The toilet in my room was so low it felt like it was intended for small children and I am only 5.5 ft tall. Lobby was more than cold it was freezing to the point that family members couldn't sit and enjoy facilities. While on vacation I prefer to sleep in a little bit. Hours for the Bistro should be extended to at least 10am Monday-Friday.

Good comfort hotel with swimming pool. Proximity of the river bank and shopping mall.

Parking - you have parking inside the hotel as valet parking for 40 USD per night. Alternative is to find free place on the street (during weekend). Long walking distance to French quarter. High price compared to better located hotels around. Warm and little dirty water in the pool.

The patio view was amazing.

That there actually isn’t a sofa as stated. Its actually an oversized chair with an ottoman. My son was looking forward to sleeping apart from us on the sofa but instead he was stuck in bed with his sister.

It was centrally located close to everything and was nice and clean. My receptionist Atiya was very warm and welcoming.
