Friendly helpful staff at the Front Desk. Charming lobby. Good rates for Georgetown.

Modern facilities.
Big Bus shuttle from hotel in the mornings.
Evening meals were nice.
Laundry service good.
American breakfast offer had limited choice.
Not a separate eating area - had to eat in bar which has mostly high stools.

The hotel is located in a decent neighborhood, not far from the metro station. We walked to the White House from the hotel. If you walk towards Georgetown University, you’ll come across many interesting shops along the way

Check is at 4pm
Called and confirm that I can check in early, arrived at late 2pm. Was told the room is not ready and it won’t take long. Waited in the lobby more than 2 hours for the room, the room was ready at 5:10pm. Missed a museum tour for that and didn’t received any fair compensation.
