The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so odors had nowhere to go. I would recommend something to be put in the bathroom to alleviate that problem.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and apologetic when we had issues with our stay. I also appreciated the on-site laundry facility.
We had two reservations to stay for a total of a full week. We ended up cutting our second reservation a few days short and just eating the cost because we were not told the pool would be out of service for our entire stay. When I initially asked about it being closed, the staff could not answer why it was closed or for how long it would be closed. After our 3rd day there, they informed us it would be closed our entire trip. Had we known that, we would have booked another hotel. Arizona is hot all hours of the day/night so that was a very big disappointment.
