Hot tubs, location, underground parking. Concierge folks were the only ones on the ball.

Rude registration person until he saw my lifetime platinum elite status...but still not very helpful and seemed perturbed about something... he seemed lost...maybe a new guy. There was nothing to eat on campus, we were misdirected several times trying to find a place to eat near the hotel, but nothing was open, we were happy to go into main street but only after several fails with closer directions from staff. It's off-season, I get it, I snowboard there, but to be given all these options on many paper pages only to find the info. irrelevant was repeatedly frustrating. Bed was hard and lumpy.

there was not a place to eat dinner room did not get cleaned, something to do with timeshare (not ours)

Location was great, suite was terrific and access to Main Street via a short walk.

We absolutely love this hotel! It is a great place to take family and the hot tubs and pool are great!

Location is great for skiers, less so for off-season visitors.

Despite being only a decade old, this property feels a bit cramped and dated.

The location and the hot tubs were amazing. The room size exceeded our expectations.

The emails said we guests did not have to pay for parking and we were hit with a $25 daily fee.
