This is our preferred location in Kennesaw; The King Suite is just extraordinary. Laundry and other facilities are top-notch. The property is being remodeled and will be in even better shape when it's complete.
Reception personnel need more training in handling guests; a smile and a few words on how to get around the property would be welcome. Breakfast is mostly complete; after remodeling, things should be all right.

Housekeeping staff were helpful. Front desk was fine, but not very friendly and did not seem efficient or welcoming.
By the time I paid parking, early check-in and pet fees, my stay was more than 100 dollars over the price listed.

The Breakfast was good.
The pool was green. The electricity went out and I was locked out of the hotel. The bathrooms needs updating. The laundry room only had one workable washer.
