the staff was so nice. They even went as far as bringing my daughter a small ball so she could play with. The facilities were very clean.

The couch in the 2 bedroom suite was small. Our family of 4 didn’t have comfortable places to sit and watch tv. They just went in the rooms to get comfortable to watch some tv.

bad maintenance (broken things), we had to wait hours to check in after they told us our check in time.

I rented the two bedroom it was nice and spacious and the pool was close and the breakfast was hot

breakfast was good, more than expected. with scrambled eggs, toast and butter hard boiled eggs and potatoes juice, coffee and tea cereal and so much more! just like home

I can not find anything to complain about the front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful and the waitresses at breakfast are very nice too

large rooms, basketball court, gazebo, dining area, outdoor Grills. we were able to utilize to dining area for a family gathering for my son’s college graduation.

no restaurants in walking distance had to walk to another building to get to breakfast…not cool if it’s raining or disabled, but good exercise!

Breakfast was good - quite a number of choices. Staff was nice and ale to help with gluten free options. Room was clean and bright. Outside sitting is an option.

A stain on the couch. Burned out light was not fixed quickly (same day).

The price was GREAT via booking.com. We had to cancel one of the nights, and found that regular rate was over $100 per night more, if not booked thru this site. The convenience of a kitchen and full fridge is great. Rooms were clean and comfortable and BREAKFAST INCLUDED was a full, array of choices. We would certainly stay here again so family from multiple locations can catch up as we relax in the evening. There is a lovely garden space that we did not use, but with a pool, basketball area and lounging in shade.

The change in the reservation from 3 nights to 2 took some phone calls to get billing correct, but it was corrected.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly.

I spent two nights at the hotel and did not receive room service. Nobody came to take my trash or my dirty towels. The bed wasn't made.

I wish you would provide a topper our something more comfortable in the pull out couch. 2 adults had to sleep on it.

The front desk and kitchen staff were cordial.

I would be glad when guests can return to preparing their own breakfast plates.
