Wir konnten bereits einige Zeit vor dem offiziellen checkin ins Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und konnten von dort aus direkt an den Pool. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und konnten ein richtiges amerikanisches Frühstück buchen.

We loved the room it was clean and the beds were comfortable
The shower was very slow to drain. By the time I finished showering the water was to my ankles. Doesn’t make you feel clean

something was wrong with the AC and the coffee maker was broken

the staff was friendly and courteous and the room was clean
the AC unit in the bedroom did not work so it was quite hot. the door had to stay open in order for it to be cool enough to sleep so it was just a bit inconvenient for our stay. also the curtains for the bedroom window were broken as well
