Room was fine. Person at the Starbucks was friendly and helpful.
Staff at front desk wanted to watch something on their computer more than work; every time we were in the lobby. Since there had been snow, the carpet and elevator floor was pretty dirty. Room was not as clean as I like. Didn’t have any coffee cups or Kleenex. TV didn’t work very well.

We had hoped for a complimentary breakfast with our stay and were disappointed that there wasn't one available.

The room was clean and comfortable.
No continental breakfast. Starbucks on site. Not open on the weekend. Fire alarm went off, got outside. Never heard what happened. Not convenient.

I loved being near the symposium. In downtown area, it’s so easy to get where you need to go.
A few items in room are need of repair, the cover for the ac unit is barely hanging on, floor of shower is slippery

It was air conditioned and the towels were clean. The king size bed was comfortable
The furniture is old and coming apart, the pull out mattress did not cover the whole frame. The cushions were coming apart and held together by safety pins The shower amenities were inconvenient as the soap and shampoo were attached to the wall.and hard to dispense.

seem too have some water damage from a busted pipe or something. a lot of humidifiers in the lobby.

The food was terrible. The dining room was open for dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. I got there around 7 p.m., and the only options were chicken wings and potato tots. So, that's what I ordered, and both were terrible.
