Breakfast was good, in fact better than most, but there were not enough plates, bowls or other basic items. There were no soup/cereal spoons at all. Eating cereal with a teaspoon is a problem for a lot of grown up big boys like me. The staff was practically washing plates and silverware to hand them to waiting people. We were there for 3 nights and witnessed this everyday. The staff deserves a lot of credit for working around a manager's shortcomings.
Most hotels, and this includes international, offer guests a complimentary bottle of water at some point of their stay, usually in the room.
