Great value! Highly recommend. The room was super clean, the team was incredibly welcoming, and the location is perfect.
Breakfast was not included in the room price, and the room layout was awkward with the bed not facing the television (at least in the room I was staying at).

Great location.
Way too many people smoking weed all over this hotel. The hallways smell like a bong. The staff seem untrained or unconcerned with customer needs. They make it blatantly obvious they do NOT like guests booking them via third party services such as Booking.com.
