Nothing. There were bugs in the room and bed. We did not stay and asked for a refund but we were never given one.

Nao gostei do colchao , muito mole , da limpeza ( fiquei 7 dias e em nenhum dos dias foi feita a arrumacao da cama , apenas do banheiro ) , aquecimento do chuveiro deficiente , por vezes esfria de repente . Cafe da manha precario.

They didn’t give us hot breakfast Corolla bars and port tarts is not breakfast especially not for an adult who doesn’t eat that room were not clean the sheet was old and had stain on the sheet the man at the front desk was very rude and I didn’t get my 25 dollars back the maid kept knocking on my door talking about are you checking out came in with her key while we were in there the room is not worth the price the room needs to be updated and it need to be $50 a night I call before I got there and told them that I will be coming in between 2am to 3am on November 3rd will I be able to check in the early lady said yes for $15 I said ok when I get there the man at the desk was very rude tried to call me a lie and he charge me 88 dollars plus the 25 dollars hour later I came back down a the lady was able to give me a refund and I paid my regular price but once again I didn’t get my 25 dollars back y’all need to take breakfast off y’all website if you not serving breakfast because people are going to be disappointed just like I was

Ivory soap and shampoo was ok. Only staying for one night was a good idea.
1st room had 2 loud barking dogs next door and the a/c did not work. The sheets on the bed were gross. They did not look clean. 2nd room was a little better, but the sheets on this bed had holes in them that looked like smokers 🥵 burns. Did not want to be touching them

The location was ok. I didn’t feel very safe. It was just dirty and in need of repairs. In the bathroom it looked like the ceiling was originally painted without primer. Many layers of what looked like speckling and paint. The paint was coming off. The repairs to the property all looked like owners work who really don’t know how to do construction. The bathroom door had a whole where it looked like someone punched a whole in it and repaired. It was cleverly puttied, but should have been replaced. There was what looked like dried blood on the wall and door frame. I took pictures. My dad did remodeling so I am a little knowledgeable on these things.

The location was good, room cleaning was ok! There's free parking place, it helps a lot for people that have rented a car. Really close to the airport.
Breakfast is not good... Wi-fi conection is a shame... we must go to the entrance in order to get good wifi connection. I think for this is not worthy the price.

Nothing was awful bathroom even had a bunch of mold in it. Hotel cleaning staff is awful acts like your stupid for letting them know the room is not clean and front counter acts like they have no idea what your talking about when explaining anything
It was the most awful experience I've ever had at a hotel by Wyndham! I love 3 hours away from iviring and it was a concert/comicon weekend when we first got there at 320 20 minutes after check in which meant rooms should have been cleaned we spent until 515 trying to get situated in our rooms because the first room 114 that my mother in law and aunt in law was put it had trash just sitting in between the beds the beds weren't even made there weren't anything towels inside the bathroom so we have to go back to the front desk he takes us to room 347 for them says it's guaranteed to be clea... There was blood on the wall pubic hair in the bath tub beard shavings in the sink but the beds were made and there were towels so they got ready for the concert we got put in our jetted tub room 143-145 it took up 2 rooms the tub was not cleaned out there was blood on the walls the bed was made however sheets were not changed there was red food particles on the top sheet/blanket floor wasn't even swept the she covering the box spring looked like it had food and baby poop on it it was changed out either. We go to the front desk he gets maintenance they act like nothing is wrong with it he says maintenance will be back in 5 minute with bedding to change the bed....

The location was very convenient for my work. The room was clean. The room temperature was easy to maintain. I liked the TV size. It was fairly quiet.
The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but it was clean & comfortable. The shower needs to be looked at because the water temperature would not stabilize. You set it to a temperature & it would vary on its own from cold to hot beyond the set temperature. I never saw that my room was serviced (bed made, towels replaced, etc.), but there was a smoke smell in my room when I entered which I took as someone was smoking in the room or one of the connecting rooms. My room was supposed to be non smoking.

Bed was decently comfy, a little worn out. Staff was fairly friendly, enjoyed the Indian cuisine in the lobby restaurant.
The lobby women’s restroom was completely out of TP and trash was overflowing. There was no hand soap provided in our room. The airport shuttle information was incorrect. We woke up at 1:30am to take the 2:05am shuttle, and when we checked out, the shuttle drivers were on a 45 minute break and weren’t to depart until 2:50am which is not what they told us at check in or what was on the shuttle schedule. Also, both shuttles we took from and to the airport had maintenance lights on that need to be attended to.

The bed was comfortable.
This was the most dingy, dirty, disgusting motel! The hallways and outdoor walkways were dark, filthy and needed a power wash! The staff was not friendly. The bathroom wasn't too bad other than a smear of something on the bathroom door.
The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was a to-go bag with poptarts. We declined it.

airport shuttle service also serves OTHER hotels. so your 11minute ride the airport becomes a 30 minute ride.
Staff MUST make this clear to guests when they are booking the airport shuttle.

The free shuttle at the airport was kept waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes after contacting. In addition, breakfast was only two snacks.
