Nice ambiance. Nice lobby restaurant.
The only issue I had was the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t working and the plumber wasn’t on the premises to snake the toilet. Something so minor should’ve bee taken care of by any maintenance person.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They sent someone to fix different things in our room.
That the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. That the compressor in the air conditioner kept going "Thump".
