The front desk reception staff are extremely kind and professional. Check in, check out and any questions you have are answered with warm efficiency. One of the best reception desks at an airport hotel.
Two things. One the restaurant service and food was not good at all. Think it was a bad day as have had better experiences before at this hotel, but the waiting staff seemed to be on holiday and the food order took close to 45 minutes to come out. I was about to leave as had been traveling for over 48 hours and just wanted something simple and fast...and then the food came out -- cold and overcooked as if the server had forgotten about it.
Also don't like that there is no shuttle to and from the international terminal. I know this is not a fault of the hotel but because there is no shuttle bus from the international terminal, you either have to travel on a shuttle bus from international terminal to the domestic terminal, wait some more and catch the shuttle bus to the hotel. This took me about one hour. An absolute waste of time considering this is supposed to be a convenience airport hotel. If you choose to use a taxi, the taxi drivers ask you to get an uber because the ride is too short. If you are from overseas and don't have an uber account, this makes things challenging. This is a huge drawback on this hotel.
