Breakfast for sure; quiet
understanding the accent by the front office worker

The staff was very courteous and polite. The room were very clean and everything was in good working condition.
The only thing that could have been better is the breakfast options. The fruit was limited, no yogurt and the biscuits weren’t soft.

Breakfast was great and staff very friendly
The jacuzzi should have been hotter and the room carpet needed cleaning

The lobby was clean and it was very quiet.
The fold out bed has hair and crumbs in it. I asked for additional pillows and they did not come. My son had only a half size pillow to use with the fold out. The king bed was miserably hard and there were only half size pillows. The clocks were all set wrong, and the carpet was wet in spots all over the room.
