The services and things could be updated in the hotel. Better Assist Manager, that explains what is being charged.

Location was great.
There was mold on my pillow, which I didn't see until the next morning. The cost of sodas was ridiculous as if I were at a resort or airport.

Size of the room was good. Room amenities were good.
Bad smells all over the place. Our room was on the first floor and had a foul odor, maybe from wet carpet. Pillows and bedding were not comfortable.

The location to midevil times
At first they gave us the wrong room later we complained about us being crowded and showed the girl we had a king suite and fixed it right away with no apology

The maintenance man was very friendly
rooms were outdated, one of the elevators was down, no real variety for food or drink during needed times and overpriced breakfast.

the location was PERFECT and the staff was amazing!
One of the elevator s broke down during our stay, but there was a second one to use.

It was clean, comfortable and perfectly located next to Medieval Times. The room was larger than other rooms we have stayed in.
Some linens and fixtures were a bit worn, but this was VERY minor. I was worried about negative reviews I read, but none of them were a problem.

Could not figure out where breakfast was served and microwave in the room would be nice.

This hotel was close to the events we had planned for that weekend.
The "king suite" is a JOKE! The pictures of the room are very deceiving. It's one small room with a very uncomfortable pull out single bed/couch.
