The staff was probably the best thing about this property. We had several issues I’ve never asked to switch a room in my life before, but I had to hear because the locks were broken on the door. But the staff without hesitation switched me to a different room. They were really helpful and kind the entire time we were there. Like going above and beyond and getting my daughter yogurt when she had to take her medicine.
The condition of the building, the main light didn’t work the some of plugs didn’t work & there was mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling and walls. Also a giant nasty slug bug fell from the ceiling and hit my kid in the face. 🤢
