Comfortable bed, quiet room.
I really had no view from my room; just a rock wall and an exterior view of the hotel. There is a large homeless population near the hotel. The hotel took security very seriously, and the property is fenced. I knew this about the area, as I'm very familiar with and love Spokane, so it didn't bother me, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

The neighborhood was down town in a sketchy area.
No free wifi, if there was, they didn't give us the password

Staff was very helpful. Ac wasn’t working when we first got into room (just due to dead thermostat). The front desk gentleman was up within minutes to change out the batteries and had it all fixed. Breakfast staff was friendly and attentive.
The hotel was nice but could have been cleaner. It was an extremely busy weekend for the area so maybe that was a factor due to quick turn overs but did notice that there were areas that could have definitely used a bit more attention to detail.
