Lightning in the bathroom was very dim. It would be great if you offered a free breakfast

Convenient to the convention center. Valet parking and staff were so helpful.
Rooms and Hallways were dark. There was a roach crawling across the floor while we were changing for bed. The shower leaked water into the floor. When cleaning up the water the white towel was filthy from the floor.
