Location, room arrangement, amenities
And price
Maintenance issues, no airport shuttle, room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:30 pm. No towels, soap dispenser was empty, upstairs shower mixing valve was faulty, generally felt like they were understaffed or something was wrong.

Right off the freeway and close to the mall and other shops.
$12 to park was ridiculous. Not so much the amount of money, just that you have to pay to park at all.

Liked the fact that they had everything you could need for cooking. It was quiet when it was supposed to be and there was a security guard walking around.
The bed was uncomfortable, there were no sheets for the fold away, it’s out dated.
