It was clean and comfortable beds.

Could hear the water filling from laundry. But other than that it was good.

Nice clean updated room. Bathroom was brand new. Nice shower. Good size refrigerator. Had a microwave. Friendly staff. Great location. Felt safe inside and out. They are updating the rooms.

Outside garbage can was overflowing so people had stacked their garbage on the ground around it.

Had to park across the street. TV was not plugged in, both sockets were full, plugged TV into lamp base, lamp was unplugged! Called front desk to see if they had any other jobs for me to do. No elevator, my wife has severe mobility issues and barely made it up the stairs. Breakfast was very skimpy.

As soon as I started walking down the hall to my room I could smell The old dingy carpets and a lingering cigarette smell probably over all the years. as I got to my room and open the door it instantly smelled so bad like mildew or the smell of a dirty rag this mixed with the stale cigarette smoke was just unbearable the mildew smell was literally unbearable I instantly called the staff the lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to switch me to A different room. unfortunately the other room that I was transferred to was not much better though I did not have that mildewy smell it was unbearable it still had that stale cigarette smoke smell I called the front desk and ask if they had some kind of air freshener the lady accommodated with a can of Febreze after spraying my room and pre-cleaning I was able to sit down to watch some TV and that’s when I noticed my TV did not work I was not getting any channels so the lady at the front desk had to accommodate once again to come up to the room and fix the cable I really appreciate her accommodating she was very attentive and quick to help and unfortunate for her cleanliness of the rooms and maintenance shouldn’t be the front desk ladies task but she was more than willing to help. needless to say due to the uncleanliness I couldn’t Get comfortable enough to be willing to sleep in the bed so I left the hotel..

I just love the 'no pets' policy, this is my new favorite hotel
