A good breakfast with plenty of options. Parking lot well lit and clean.L
It took a long time to get hot water. Elevator was down for a day. First day our room wasn't cleaned, and second day the trash wasn't emptied. They didn't leave coffee and cups in the room on the third day.

Breakfast was great the first morning, not as good the second morning.
The staff that checked us out was not friendly at all. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her.

Good value for the Boston area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a quiet room, and staff really accommodated our request. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was varied and offered a range of items. The breakfast staff was very good. Small exercise room and laundry (cheap!) were a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, and train station into Boston was an easy 5-minute drive. Would stay here again.

shower started out as tepid and turned cold within a few minutes. so both nites we basically had to take cold showers. spoke with other customers and they had same issue.

The manager and staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Very clean.

Took a cold shower. Called front desk twice for them to act on it. I was in a hurry to get ready to get into Boston. Was delayed over a half an hour due to ice cold shower!!! It did eventually get "warrm" enough so I could use it. Should have been refunded or given something in return for this.

Room is tidy and clean. Most staffs are warm and welcoming. Free and nice breakfast.
No coin changing machine near the washing machine.

The breakfast was great so much variety but the person taking care of the area was not using gloves when touching the pastry that was not wrapped.
I did not like getting up early to take a shower and the water was cold. They did give us another room but it was the inconvenience.

The location because of walking distance to restaurants and shopping
I don't like hotel beds I find them to be uncomfortable, I like getting rooms with couch it's more comfortable to sleep on.

The room is clean with a good smell, a good size bathroom. The breakfast is great.

The room was up to snuff. Clean and comfortable. Mobile Check in and check out was great.
Only issue is that there is interstate 95 on one side and a main road on the other. A train track is on the third side. We heard the sound only when we were awake - the windows did a great job of insulating the sound. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room facing the front and away from the train track.

Room smelled horribly. Very dusty and outdated. Not good for anyone that suffers with allergies
