Quiero mi reembolso nunca llegue a hospedarme, hable para confirmar y la persona que respondió el teléfono pésimo nunca se le entendió dijo que no estaba mi reserva...
Su personal no tiene buena atención, nunca me supo decir nada y solo pasaría la noche porque me iba a las 7 am al aeropuerto me tuve que quedar en el aeropuerto a dormir con mi esposo porque nunca me dieron respuesta, des pues de la llamada donde me colgó, no volvieron a contestar.

Les chambres sont spatieuses et propres. Les espaces communs sont bien entretenus. Le personnel est super et donne tous les renseignements nécessaires. Note spéciale à Jennifer qui est top de chez top et d'une gentillesse énorme.
Le petit déjeuner quasi inexistant. Juste café, thé et gauffres c'est un peu léger. Autre petit bémol la taille des lits un peu petits.

Gated parking lot. Property spaces looks good, spacious rooms.
Checked in about 9pm, there was no power on TV, microwave and some lamps in the room. Asked for maintenance, but didn't show up. At 11am next day I asked to change rooms. They gave me one that didn't have fridge.
Then the 3rd room they provided was in working conditions.

pool wasn’t up even though it looked like it should have been up, our microwave didn’t work, shower head was terrible, elevator was sketchy,

The room has a smoking smell. There is a lot of prostitutes around the hotel. They have bad service at the lobby. They took so long time for check in. The AC is very bad. You can hear voices through the walls.

i felt unsafe. the door looked as though it had been kicked in. the carpet was soiled badly. the toilet had pee stains and had not been sanitized. the sheets had cigarette burns. the place smelled of marijana. the elevator buttons had been kicked in.

Staff were friendly and helpful as soon as I approached
Other rooms were quiet as long as there weren't people in the hallway being loud
There were a handful of ladies outside of the hotel selling certain adult services and wearing clothing I wouldn't deem appropriate for children to see
Breakfast closed up earlier than I was informed would
Hard location to get in and out of onto a main road due to no stop light

I like the breakfast and the tv and the big bed the fridge and the microwave that’s all a like
the carpet is dirty it has hair or bugs the bed sheets have stains and the toilet it’s dirty needs cleaning as well as the carpet and new bed sheets really early in the morning the fire alarm went off this is the first time the fire alarm goes off I never had that problem

Very Poor Customer Service and I still have not received my 100 dollar safety deposit. Was at the desk for more than 30 minutes waiting to check in nobody was there. The black male receptionist was very unprofessional and had a very smart attitude. He would not also allow me to receive copies of documents with my name on them.

Rooms where very nice..
Staff needs to retrained on all levels.The soap was terrible it was very hard and did not lather up. The shampoo smell funny. But above all the disrespect the staff.
