Location, well maintained, quiet A/C, rooms soundproofed, good fridge, clean hardwood flooring

Lumpy pillows, thin towels, better lighting options, shower unit very worn, no charging ports or wall plug near bed

I liked most things about this place like tbe self help check in machine. And it was clean outside.

As soon as I got there and settled into my room the staff told the police I had left my daughters in the room while I went to check out the laundry area?? So a single mom being approached by two officers for simply walking downstairs and back was absolutely absurd. And the laundry is a bit too much it’s half broken and they don’t offer quarters or a quarter machine, the office intendant told me I was better off going to Vons and using the laundromat over there because it’s cheaper. Thanks -_- Also the two men in the room next to us were smoking drugs the entire stay? But the cops were never called. Crazy work @ the nosey staff.

I like the weather

I had a horrible experience checking in. Susan at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping, she pointed me to the self check in computer. I will never again come to this location. I suggest better training for your staff.
