It was a good spacious room
I requested for room service each day but they never came. Not that big of a deal but still...

We stated there for a couple of days, Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good. Location was good.
Lift/elevators were very slow. Some of the staff was not able to speak/understand english.

the pool was freezing cold and we were there for a pool party for my granddaughter I have called and called the manager to discuss and they won’t call me back

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, close to the airport.
Breakfast was not impressive. Rather limited selection of dishes, no vegetables.

That they don't serve walfels on the weekends. I have 5 kids who all eat walfels!!

close to the airport
the bathroom needs to be remodeled. the porcelain on the tub was worn off and looked bad and dirty. there was a room full of teenagers across the hall screaming and being loud past 1am. the sofa bed was as bad as you would expect. there was no bedding for it in the room.

Very Clean Great Breakfast Great Location 30 Mins from the city
Just both TV's did not work I did not know how to work the T.V. they only have showtime no cable channels but everything else was fine next time I'll tell them to have the T.Vs Ready And Programed because I'm definitely coming back

original room had water leaking from upstairs room through chandelier in our room.

My rooms Ac did not work I asked of they could fix it but know one every came out finally my last day I asked for a different room also disappointed because hot tub was out hot tub.
