Staff was super friendly and helpful, our 2 bedroom suite was very clean, quiet, and roomy. Very welcoming to our dog too!
The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. Living area furniture could be updated. Free breakfast was ok.

room was nice, clean. lighting was a bit odd, but the heat worked pretty well
bathroom - shower floor was slippery, and there was virtually no water pressure!
also, I had set an alarm, which went off while I was in the shower. I got out to shut it off, and when I went to get back in the shower the door moved followed by the towel I was standing on (tile floor) which resulted in my landing on the floor.
thankfully despite brief pain to a toe and a knee, I was otherwise fine.
I had intended to follow up with a staff member, but due to my plans that day I did not get a chance to do so.

The staff was kind and welcoming. The size of the room was great.
The room above us was quite loud very late at night.

Breakfast was good
We booked a day earlier than we traveled and stayed a day later since we thought we were 13-15, not 12-14 and no one mentioned we had arrived late or stayed a day later. The extra night charge was much higher. This is mostly booking.com's fault as they changed the dates I had put in between page changes.

"The room size was perfect and the kitchen was full sized. The hotel is pet friendly. I had 2 dogs and a cat and the stay worked out well."
