We will never stay here or another Residence Inn again. We booked 2 rooms with king beds and the rooms had queen beds. They falsified information on booking.com. Worst place to stay ever. They didn’t reimburse me for both rooms only one. I left a message for the Mike the manager to come to a resolution and he never returned my calls. Worst customer service. At breakfast there was no milk for my kids. The walls in the breakfast area are falling apart. Overall horrible experience. Never again!!!

The room and the hotels location was nice.
The refrigerator didn't stay closed. The television in the front room didn't work. The room above my room must have had a party because I didn't get to sleep until after 2 am.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it very much. Location was great. Close to the interstate. Big shower area.
The hallway and the room carpets needs change ( not so clean...) NO shampoo in the shower bottle!! Had to shower without shampoo.

We were given 2 completely dirty rooms in a row after having reservations for weeks. We ended up staying in a dirty room bc nothing was available this late in town.

The entire visit was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely nice and courteous. It really exceeded our expectations and the space was enough for me and my children to be comfortable.
Everything was very clean except the mattress cover on the pull out couch. The phone also didn't work in our room.

The hallways looked terrible with all of the wallpaper falling off . I know it is under construction but it would look better if they just pulled the wall paper down , rather than it being all curled ip. We almost didn’t stay . But the room was very nice so we did

Conveniently located by the interstate.
The bed was terrible, could not sleep tossed and turned. Mattress was very hard and worn. The pillows were flat as a pancake.
