The bed in room 105 was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Secure and very well lit parking.
The continental breakfast was lacking. The only options were cold cereal and waffles. The milk for the cereal was spoiled and the batter for the waffles was sour.

I did sleep comfortably. I did feel safe.
The complimentary breakfast, the lack of toiletries abundance, the wet towels.

The rooms were clean.
There was no hot water in my room all weekend, with no manager available to correct the problem or even refund my.momey. Also the food available for breakfast was stale and old made me sick. Never again will I stay at this location or refer it too any one to Stay at this location.

Location was perfect for us
The staff was rude and unwelcoming. It needs major updating. Breakfast was supposed to be included bur all there was was cereal and coffee. No eggs or bacon or anything hot. You could make a waffle but there was no syrup so we did not get breakfast there and that was part of the reason we went there was for included breakfast. I will never recommend anyone there.

The Texas shaped Waffles were cute and the bed was soooo comfy. Shower was nice too.

not being advised that they will charge your card twice, one for the stay and one to cover any incidentals that may occur. wouldn’t have been a problem if I had been notified about this ahead of time.

Had to wait til 3 for check in but was given a key an hour earlier.front staff should be more friendly, maid staff was more friendly.
