breakfast hit the spot for a busy stay breakfast staff very friendly and very helpful room was great clean fully stocked front desk staff are amazing friendly always asked was everything ok
the back door to pool was not accessible due to a broken lock but that is all

We came for my niece's wedding in Amelia Island. The hotel was wo derful and only 6 miles from the venue! It was perfect!

Comfy bed, smelled good, good water pressure, great A/C
Didn’t have streaming services, pool access is awkward and small pool, odd location as well.

My husband is a vet and has a service dog. We were denied due to the dogs weight and had to board my husband dog during our stay making it difficult for my husband. Under the federal law, a service dog is not to be denied. When asking to speak to a manger regarding matter. The manger was not available. This lead to more issues besides my husband.
Staff not being aware of federal laws Florida Statute § 413.08. This hotel has violated Florida statute.
