The staff and you must pay for the internet. The girl at the reception was rude and charged me in 28 dollars more. I don’t know why.

The easy access to Disneyland

The room was not as described , there was food crumbs in the bed, the sofa bed was filty and unable to be used, my kids ended up having to sleep on the floor... as a disabled person it was very difficult having to park so far away and then go to the 7th floor. There was no microwave.. the ac didn't work. It definitely was not worth the money spent.. very disappointed.. if I could have gotten my money back I would have went elsewhere.

The staff was super friendly, the facility was very nice and clean! The room was extremely spacious with a very comfortable bed! Great breakfast and convenient shuttle to and from Disneyland!

Space of room. Clean pool and spa.

Dust heavily in corners of rooms. A very hard to replace jacket of mine went missing from the room and the security of the hotel was insufficient to keep me safe. I was advised I could go to the police. My time slot returning to the hotel via front doors as captured pre and post by my photos for fb, was not found on the hotel footage. I must be a ghost.

Everything was great, but our rooms air conditioner wasn't working our room was hot, but that was our problem to deal with since we didn't say anything about it. Overall, I loved it all

Bathroom flooring was not the greatest. It was uneven and the door got stuck and in another area the tile was wobbling. The sink was also draining slow.

The check in process was fairly quick. The room had the air on so it was feeling 'fresh'. Overall the room looked sufficient. I liked the size of the room.

The mattresses were not that comfortable, pretty stiff. Found some spaces not cleaned completely, for example: above the sink had toothpaste smeared.

The best part of this day was the Starbucks in the lobby and the location to how close it is to Disneyland

Facility was outdated and filthy ice machine had mold growing on the inside and outside of the ice machine conditions were not safe or clean piping and roofing was exposed and very dirty. Downstairs lobby complained when I asked for more towels a non-manager and employee stated that I was only limited to four per day when I had a party of five. And we were showering because we were using your guys pool

Excelente lugar. Muy buena atención, el personal es muy amable. El lugar es grande, limpio y familiar. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso, yo dormí como bebé, descansé muy bien. Me encanta que hay una target cruzando la calle.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Mi estancia superó mis expectativas.

Our room was broken into while we were at the parks. Hotel manager and general manager were awful about it. Didn’t do anything to sympathize or help us.

Staff was rude and unfriendly was told to talk to booking as that is who I booked with as they didn’t want to talk with me. After being a hotel manager I found this very rude it shouldn’t matter how you book everyone should be treated the same

The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We just wished there were more carts because we had a lot of things to carry up and we were on the 11th floor. Also the workers were not helpful of this at all.

A little run down. Sink was clogged. AC was a little weak, beds were unstable. Not enough table space to eat. Limited streaming services.

The property was close to my trip destination.

Our bedding was ripped and stained, there was an old leak on one wall that had not been repaired, the corners had about an inch of dust on them, and we did not have a working restroom for an entire day, the staff did not try to make accommodations until the next morning. We called before we left for the day and they attempted a fix that did not work, we came back from our activities and could not use the bathroom. When we called the front desk to complain again they said they had no maintenance available but could send a security guard. Corporate had to transfer us to a different hotel down the street in the morning.

The staff was so sweet, and amazing. I loved that before the day of my trip they gave me a gift to choose from. The pool was amazing, room was clean & the whole hotel was spotless.

I just wish the AC was working better. My room was so hot felt like a sauna.
