WE had a beautiful suite on a higher floor with stunning views. The room was large and mostly comfortable. Check In/Out staff were very friendly and most helpful. A lovely property. The location was perfect for our needs.
Our bed was not really very comfortable though we really liked everything else in our room. No restaurant service after 4 pm except in the bar. The bar was very busy and the wait for service was unreasonable. The "Club Lounge" is a joke as you don't get anything except maybe a bottle of water.

Hot room, it never cooled off. Lights, coffee machine, and electrical outlets not working.
