Really clean and close to downtown
Room service never came. Over two days this seemed strange. Wasn’t the best coming back to an unmade bed and towels on the floor

staff was EXCELLENT, from registration to housekeeping to bar! food was FANTASTIC! room was huge and comfy.
construction was going on, and there wasn’t a pool or jacuzzi yet!

convenient, really nice and friendly staff. comfortable bed. Starbucks coffee. Easy online checkin and out. Quiet at night since it’s tucked back off the main highway. Breakfast was simple, but nice and hot.
Our room carpet was filthy, it needs to be shampooed/clean desperately. The footie socks I only wore in the room were black on the bottoms. The shower drain is stopped up and has poor drainage. The window A/C unit couldn’t keep up with 80 degree days. Newly refreshed wallpaper, but bathroom needs lots of help. Overall, the hotel needs some TLC, part of it looks refreshed, and the rest looks really worn out.

Good location. Liked the separate room/bedroom.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Our 30 year old daughter had to sleep on it and was very uncomfortable. Mattress was much too thin and lumpy and we could not locate blankets for her. She slept in her coat.

The hotel is outdated needs to be remodeled very old. The pillows are the worst very cheap and uncomfortable.

Not much of anything
Indoor pool extremely cold, hair in the tub, light in room did not work, no pen or paper in the room, management did not return my call. OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!

The location was convenient to the places we needed to go. The bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioner didn’t work as well as expected. The property also smelled musty is places.

The service was Great and the room was very clean.
I could not adjust the temperature of the room. The bed was supper hard and there were no towels buy the pool which would not have been so bad but we only had three towels for three people for two nights.

The indoor pool
We stayed in room 319 above the pool. My entire family itched all night. Not sure what caused it but we were miserable.

The room was amazing!! The staff was nice and greeted me with a smile!! I will definitely be back soon!
