The facility was nice
A homeless man was sleeping in the bathroom.

It was clean and comfortable. I liked the kitchenette and amount of dishes, utensils, and cookware available. We did not have to eat out.
This property charges $15 per night for parking, which I thought was ridiculous. I paid for one night, but then parked at the community center for free during the rest of my stay. I would expect to have to pay for parking downtown in a city, but not in a place like Glenwood Springs. Breakfast was overrun on Sunday morning and all the coffee was empty around 7:20 am. There was not enough room to sit. The hot tub looked dirty.

The rooms were amazing and so clean. The breakfast was really good as well.

Breakfast was marginal at best, pretty blaw. Location,
Additional parking with no extra places to park and still was charged to park there.
