the restaurant would not let you in unless you had proof of Covid vaccination.

Use of COVID to not provide full service.

We came down for breakfast about 30 minutes before closing and most of the food was gone. There was no butter for sweet rolls!

Other than the manager, the front desk was employees didn't seem to care that we wanted a wake up call for the Northern Lights and that was the only reason we came to Fairbanks! No one could tell us where the good spots were to see them.

Good restaurant, good laundry facility, good shuttle service. Very happy with our stay. We shall return

buy stack but have to wait inline to pay or charge to the room at the front desk. It happened during busy hour , so I have to wait ,a lot of people to check in

Best I think you could do with Covid restrictions still in place

Breakfast was good, pool was empty when we swam which was nice since we had kids with us.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us when needed and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. The room and pool area was very clean as well as the front lobby. Parking permits given if you have a vehicle free of cost so you don't have to go search for parking downtown. The security deposit on the room was only 20$ and normally is 100+ at hotels so that was nice. They have a decent snack section with drinks to purchase also in the lobby.

I have no complaints !
