The property was clean and just as shown in the pictures. My only problem was the mattress in the master bedroom to me need replacing. Otherwise, a quiet and enjoyable stay.

We had a large group consisting of 4 adults and six children and loved our stay on this property. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the home was close to shopping, dining, and Disney. The pool and hot tub were great and the covered patio quickly became our favorite hangout spot. The game room with couches and pool table was a close second. My only complaint was that the air conditioner could not be lowered below 74 degrees and the game room (located in the enclosed garage) did not have air, which meant that the door between the house and garage needed to stay open to maintain a livable temperature. My husband is very hot-natured and our personal home (3600 sq. ft) typically stays between 66-68 degrees in the summer, so this was an adjustment for us; however, I do understand keeping costs down and also the risk of having guests continually adjust the thermostat. Most of our crew said they would have felt more comfortable if the temp were at least a few degrees cooler, but again, this was our only complaint. We would definitely stay again and just bring a few fans next time!

We have stayed at Bellavida in this very property once before and, as then, were blown away at just how awesome it was during our entire stay.
It is in a secure gated community, beautifully sited on a boulevard with the pool/rear deck looking out in total privacy over a tree filled nature reserve-ish land. The property is beautifully laid out, immaculately clean and had all we needed for our arrival prior to doing a little food shopping at the WalMart a few minutes down the road, but far enough away to not be heard.
Traveling to Bellavida and accessing the villa was easy and smoothe and Tony was, as before, very quick to respond whenever we needed to contact him which was just to confirm one or two items regarding our upcoming departure.
Beds were super comfy, it was just unfortunate that we only had two "mong" (rest-up) days to fully enjoy the property as a home and relax in the jacuzzi/pool. Also we did not have the opportunity to use the clubhouse and large zero-entry pool sited there.
This will be first choice on our return as it is circa 20min drive from the parks (c35mins to Universal Studios)and just great to return to after the many a-hectic days out. I just hope that it will be available then.

Spent 2 weeks at this property. Very clean and everything you need. Gym very handy. Great location for Disney parks and restaurants. As there were 6of us was great to all have our own en-suites.

Dealing with the owner was a breeze from start to finish. Nothing was too much hassle.
The property is even more beautiful in reality, pictures dont do it justice. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail like little bottles of shampoo to get you started until you can get to shops was a welcome treat. Plenty of towels provided too. Beds were very comfortable also.
The area is very secure and the gate staff were lovely. There is a massive Walmart 2 mins drive away which was super handy and a chik fila which my girla loved. (Other places were close by but this was one of their faves)
The location was 30mins drive to all parks pretty much and was easy to navigate especially just using google maps on our phone.
If you are planning a visit to Florida, I would recommend this villa 100% and will be back myself as soon as I get the funds for another trip.

The house was pretty clean just the furniture a little out dated nothing major though. We also loved the fact each room had a bathroom. Over all our stay was good. My mother is the biggest critic and for her not to complain that’s a great sign.

The property worked well for our family. It was nicely decorated and felt very comfortable. My recommendations is to have more towels and washcloths for our family of 6 there was only 8 sets which meant some extra washing. Also while the pool was very nice the bottom really needs a good scrubbing. Over all it was a nice property and we would stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay on our vaca. The hot tub was AWESOME to use after a day of fun at parks or shopping! Each bedroom having their own bathroom gives much needed privacy for families w adult children/couples. We will definetly stay here again!

If your looking for a base to do Disney, universal and/or sea world parks, then this is the place to stay!!!
Location is perfect, 15 mins to Disney, 20 mins to universal, 500 yards from a massive Walmart…just over an hour to Kennedy space centre.
Gated security giving you peace of mind while your out exploring for the day.
The villa was exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, massive tv to watch your favourite team win on(or in my case ….loose😔)
Pool area was great to relax in at the end of full on days, not overlooked by anyone.
Right from the first enquiry, responses were really quick and answered every question.
Next time we decide to visit Orlando area, this will be the first villa I check for availability

This house was perfect. Location was great easy commute to Disney or nearby restaurants. House is in a very peaceful location and the pool and hot tub were a bonus. Loved that each room had very comfortable beds and private bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

when we got there the pool was cold the pool maintenance lady came by day 3 and she had to unlock a box and turn it on

Everything was great until someone started staying at the neighbors house. Those people partied all night long with loud music and yelling plus they had cars parked all over and were honking their horns all night. The house was wonderful though. We enjoyed our stay

Trash drop off in community exit was poorly maintained full Of loose trash and raccoons. Could look into that for the future. Had nothing to do with where we stayed.

My family had a great time staying here. Each bedroom has a bathroom which with 3 kids was amazing!!! House is in a great location easily accessible to lots of stores, restaurants and Disney. Heated pool and spa felt great. We hope the house is available next time we go to Orlando so we can stay there again.

If you are a regular Orlando renter you know many of the heated outdoor hot tubs do not work well. This one worked great! Also the property is very clean, I would say above average. Location is good and the neighborhood is safe. Would recommend.

The house had enough space to sleep a very large family with even a room and bathroom on the main floor so my inlaws didnt have to climb the stairs. Property owner was always quick to respond to all of emails.

The property was wonderful. Very clean, had everything you would need, private back yard, outside tv and much more. They even had a Christmas tree put up for Christmas! The hot tub was hot and the pool comfortable. The homeowner was excellent at getting back to me with any questions I had. I would definitely rent from Tony again. It was an awesome Christmas vacation!

Great spacious house for our family of eight. Everything clean and beautiful. Our family enjoyed The pool, hot tub and pool table. Every room having its own bathroom worked out great. Bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper. Florida traffic is horrible, so it was great to relax at the house.

There were 6 of us. 2 couples a 20 year old and a 12 year old. Plenty of space for all of us, great pool area, nice play area with pool table. Absolutely recommend staying here. We had a great time and we're very comfortable. Not too far from all the parks.

We were traveling with our adult kids and spouses. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bathroom! The house was clean, with updated paint and carpet. It was well stocked with the basic necessities. There were also strollers, pack n plays, and a high chair there. We didn't need those things during our stay, but as a mom, I appreciate the host provided them.
We spent most of our time during the day at the theme parks, but it was a great space to relax in the evenings. Within 20 to 30 minutes of everything, with a grocery store very close by. Super easy check in and check out. All details were clearly communicated. We would definitely stay here again.
