I like the fact that it was clean

The employees have a smart mouth… And the fact that we have to pay a $40.00 deposit and when I booked it ddnt say anything about it… please be better with letting your customers no that they have a deposit to pay along with the amount that they have to reserve the room

The walk in shower was great. The breakfast gal was very cheerful and everything was very clean.

The traffic noise.

Some of the staff were nice and accomadating. Location was very close to stores. Room was good size for the price. Room was clean and my kods actually got to walk barefoot on the carpet and their feet weren't black, like many hotels.

Called for 6 hours, phone was down apparently. Indoor pool was closed. The reason we booked this hotel. It finally opened the second day, in which it was ice cold anyway. Back door stayed proped open. Breakfast was ok. Ended up going to the grocery store to buy breakfast foods worth eating. But can't complain if it is "free", right? Had to ask 3 times for clean towels, eventually, I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange for clean towels. Sofa bed was a bust...HORRIBLE.

It was ok.

I made a reservation for 2 queen bedrooms and when we got there they gave us a bedroom with 1 queen bed, we had to go back to the front desk and let them know, they gave us a room with 2 bedrooms.

Clean

The beds were comfortable and it was clean.

They knew we had small kids and gave us a shower room so we couldn't give them a bath. The staff weren't friendly or accommodating, they were constantly asking when we were going to leave so they could clean the room eventhough check out wasn't until 12. The pool was absolutely freezing and didn't have towels on the shelves. Website said it had a spa/hot tub and it didn't. The "breakfast buffet" was just a bunch of snack cake muffins and microwavable breakfast sandwiches....
