good service from front desk and housekeeping

Just LOVED this property

They overcharged me double the days I stayed

Loved the location and friendly staff.

I room wasn't cleaned at all during our 5 night stay. A little more food options would be nice like maybe more fruity cereals maybe different milk options like almond or coconut for lactose intolerant people.

our stay was great the beds were comfortable.

the pool had way too much chlorine the smell was so over powering we had to leave the room. We were not able to watch TV the whole first night, it does not turn on with the power buttons and the remote was missing. When I questioned the front desk for the second time in the morning after being left on the line the first time that night I was told there was a remote sitting on the desk but they werent sure what it was for. Once we had a remote we were able to watch the TV .

Comfortable beds, clean facility, kind and helpful staff. Highly reccomend!

easy access and convenient to many things.

I miss having house keeping bring fresh towels and empty trash. The sheets do not fit bed well and end up pulled completely off the corners of the bed.

Our room was spotless. And breakfast was really a bonus with hot eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee, etc.

The morning we checked out the front desk employee was not very friendly when I stopped to ask a question about checking out.

The staff hands down! Also I brought my dog and they gave me a room close to side entrance so he could do his business. There also wasn't poop everywhere and I appreciated that!

overall everything was great! maybe the sausage.... I'm not a sausage person to begin with!

Nice, clean, friendly; breakfast was good. Amenities looked nice - but we didn't use the rest of the facility. Good location, near restaurants.
