I liked the pillows. I liked the numerous plugs for electrical devices
I liked the fact that the shower turned on to exactly the right temperature water.
Excellent breakfast choices and polite staff.

Very comfortable bedding. Room had a sofa with ottoman as well. Electric coffee maker inroom.
Door handle does not turn down to enter. Instead ypu swing handle up - this oddity caused an unnecessary trip back to front desk.

It was fantastic 🙌
Getting in an out of parking lot was awful 😞 traffic was very heavy all day.

Location: The hotel was perfectly situated for our travel needs.
Price: The rates were very competitive and aligned well with our budget.
Shuttle Reliability: We pre-scheduled a shuttle to the airport, but it did not arrive on time. While the front desk insisted "all was good," the driver later informed us that our trip had never actually been put on the schedule. This caused unnecessary stress during our departure. Additionally, they did not help with loading our luggage in the back.
Cleanliness/Odors: The entire shuttle smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was a very unpleasant environment for a commute to the airport especially with kids.
