Great location and a very friendly staff!
There really wasn’t much we didn’t like.

Great location. Historic but updated. Stayed in the new room which was great.

It’s a beautiful property in a great location but things are run down. The bed and bedding were great.
The staff were almost non existent and when they were they were not gracious. No eye contact, how was your stay, we felt as if we were a bother. Our room was in the 4th floor and a walk up. We could do it with broken toes but this should be something a client is told before their stay. We have stayed here before and it was nothing like this. The breakfast this time was stale bagels and Entemmans danish. Very disappointing for the prices charged here.
