Cambria Landing Inn and Suites

Fabulous location. Across the road from the beach. Lovely rooms. Simple but tasty and handy grab and go breakfast. Lovely restaurant next door.

We arrived early evening and the reception was locked. A note on the door instructed us to go to their sister hotel to check in, but their Reception was also locked. Had to wait until 7:15pm for it to reopen but we were all busting for the loo and could not get in to access the facilities. Reception person however was very friendly and helpful.

The jacuzzi tubs and fire pit were great. Close to Moonstone Cafe and the beach access!

I don’t understand why they cannot employ a person to be at the desk past 6:00 pm. Having to walk to the dolphin inn to check in was stupid. Asked for a towel and he said he would bring one down there but never did . Complementary coffee and some breakfast items were late and forced me to walk down the road for coffee

I loved my stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and having a fireplace and jacuzzi tub was absolutely wonderful. I also really enjoyed the location and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

The only things I would have enjoyed were a better ocean view and a little more staff presence in the evening. We also had some difficulty figuring out how to turn on the fireplace, as there wasn’t any information provided. We eventually located the switch, but it was on the opposite side of the room near the bedside lamp. A small note or indication of its location would have been helpful.

Room was spacious.

I booked the room through booking.com 4 months in advance and requested an ocean view. We did not get an ocean view. When we got there, Management declared there was no such request. Indicated there were no rooms with a view available and proceeded to say that we should have booked directly. We paid over a hundred dollars more for the night over our room in downtown Cambria for the view and the easy access to the walking trail along the beach. My friend was in from the East coast for this get away and we were very disappointed that this hotel did not honor the reservation.
