Clean and comfortable! Pet friendly. Their pool is super clean too. Just checked it out today.
They definitely have improved their pet areas and it’s so much cleaner.
By Motel 6 Standards this location is an A plus in my book.
Close to I-5, LEGOLAND, Costco, In N Out, Carlsbad Beach, in a nice neighborhood near parks, 15 min to Target and Walmart
Bargain price for the area and each room has their own microwave and fridge which is awesome for Motel 6 in California

Clean and well kept. Older but redone. Fridges and microwaves in every room. Great value! Nice staff. My favorite Motel 6

Lady at the desk was friendly. Check in was fast and easy. Room was fresh and clean. Would definitely be returning.

We liked the location, close to Carlsbad Village, beach, highway 5, the area seemed safe and quiet.
The website hotel advertises that there is free coffee at the reception, that was not true, nothing was there, also hotel was closed the first night. It will be nice if the room had a small coffee machine.
