The person on staff was friendly and helpfully explained the amenities. The room was clean and well-appointed. We appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave.
Breakfast was not included.
The window in the bathroom would not close, and therefore could not be locked. This is a hazard for two women sleeping on the ground floor, esp. since the window, faced and open, unlighted field.
Our room was situated just across from the ice machine, unfortunately.

It was walking distance from everything, it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Super easy check in and check out

Very close to the downtown area and easy to maneuver.
I wish they had a little area from my service animal to use the restroom. They had only a tiny patch of fake grass in a corner of a parking lot.
