The property was in a good location. Safe and secure neighborhood.

Upon entering my room, it smelled so strongly like cleaning product that it gave me a headache. I opened the fridge when I first entered the room and someone else’s leftovers were still in there. Gross. There were black, dirty fingerprints on the shower walls and shower curtain. The headboards were greasy and so was the door, around the peep hole. More attention to detail when cleaning should be a priority. It made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned.

Everything was so nice.

The furniture was worn and did not look clean. Might be a good idea to put washable type couches and chairs in the room and entry area.

The location was so convenient. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and spa area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Difficulty with fan and temperature settings.

The staff was the worst I've ever encountered, and I've stayed at many hotels across the world. The front desk person (Sami) was rude and condescending, plus since I have years working in law enforcement as a narcotics investigator, I know he was under the influence of narcotics. Then the manager (Victor) was supposed to call me in regards to my complaint, but he never did so I called him. After explaining my issues to him, he hung up on me. And then they auto's not take call, on my call backs (15 times). My wife called from her phone and he was very rude to her and said "stop calling us". I will never stay there and do not recommend that anyone does.

The staff (Sami, Lance and mgr Victor) are all very rude. They need to be replaced or trained in customer service.
