It is clean & cheap (affordable) The staff is nice! Usually it is quiet as well even though it is located on a major street in Pasadena California!
The parking lot is extremely small and cramped! For me - in my opinion - it is terribly inconvenient to park there! I LOVE this motel because comparatively speaking it is VERY CLEAN & RELATIVELY QUIET! THE STAFF IS NICE, COURTEOUS & POLITE! However I always dread the parking situation !

Room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also excellent the mirror had excellent lighting.
Parking. There isn’t enough and what they do have is a tight squeeze. If you don’t damage your door by hitting one of the pillars another guest will bang their door on your car. It is a small location so don’t expect to be able to check in early.

Check-in was at 3 but we had to wait an hour in the parking lot before we could reach our room. Wouldn’t have been a big issue if we weren’t paying way more than what the room was worth to start off with.
