Nice facilities and room size. Better than average hotel breakfast (extra charge).
"Resort fee"... should be included in overall price of room. Totally ridiculous as an additional non-optional charge. Temporary area construction and street closures made access difficult.

Property was very clean and safe. Location was perfect for the Tempe event I was attending (Pats run). Room service was way better than I expected and the food was first class and very delicious.

The staff where all very friendly and I could tell they wanted to be helpful and do their job well. I loved the deal I found that got me a decent room at a great price!
Marketing could use some inspiration. I used Booking.com which got me a great deal however it was a bit inconvenient on the customer side because what I paid for did not sink up with what we got until after we left. (Sad for all parties) Also, Google led me first to a back parking lot that felt unsafe. I would have loved if Google had better direction to get me to the front entrance! Oh, possibly training staff how to see said marketing deals 🙂
