The hotel, including the guest room was clean, staff was responsive overall and specifically when I asked for a ground level room and received it, parking was spacious. I felt safe in the area, and there was lots of retail and food available . Will stay again.

Convenient location, pretty quiet since we had a room away from the road
Breakfast was pretty basic

Great room for a great price. Good centralized location for my activities. Friendly staff that cheerfully fixed my issues immediately. Staff were attentive and cheerfully greeted you when arriving.
Took me a few hours to figure out the air conditioner wasn't on cool, just on fan. That left the room a little warm and humid. Once I figured that out, it was fine. Cleanliness was good, but not great. Had to go down to front desk to ask for towels and rags the second day, housekeeping forgot to put some in my room after removing they used ones. Nothing here major, and the staff immediately fixed all the issues. Parking was a little narrow for my big truck, but that's typical with my truck.

The location and price were what we needed.
The a/c didn't cool to what we set it to.
One of the bathroom lights didn't work and I couldn't do my makeup.
The last night our keys didn't work and we had to have staff let us in as we were trying to load our car - he didn't enjoy it and showed it.
