The guy at check in was very polite and friendly
It was very nice

Very convenient on/off location to major roadways. Close to attractions/activities. Adequate green areas for pet. Convenient to two fast food restaurants. Breakfast choices met expectations, fresh make your own waffles, cereal selection, yogurt, eggs, biscuits and gravy.
Common areas were clean and well kept. Updated furniture.
Pet friendly room could use some updating, maintenance.

It wasn’t in the middle of a busy town!
Needs updated in the rooms but still a nice hotel for cheap!

Location is near by sites. House keeping was good.
Parking lot is not organized. Breakfast service was so poor. Few options. Very crowded and if don’t finish by 9:00 AM they will tell you personally to leave breakfast area even you are taking food that time.
