The property was in Telluride and within walking distance of downtown restaurants and bars

There is a lot of noise from the room above that started at 6 AM. The exterior door in the hall next to the room continue to slam close. That confirms the level of construction there.

Great hotel in a great location. We are traveling in a 24’ van and the staff helped us park the RV so we could stay in the hotel. Everything was terrific.

Transportation service provided. Staff was beyond friendly!! I arrived early and was convinced I would be turned away. DaveO met me at the door and said “now don’t expect the worst just go see if the room is ready!” So calming and warm!

My only complaint, as a short person, it was like climbing a mountain to get into my bed. That’s not really a complaint, maybe a small step stool, for the vertically challenged!!

Location and room were amazing. Hot coffee, cocoa, and tea in the lobby. Ice water in the lobby.

The restaurant and bar were closed for maintenance which was the primary reason I booked this location. We were very hungry when we arrived as we skipped eating anything large on our trip anticipating the food and drinks to come. We were excited when we got to our room and the first thing we see is the menu for the restaurant displayed nicely. We immediately decided what we wanted and I called the restaurant. No answer. I pressed the dedicated restaurant button on the phone, no answer. I then called the lobby only to find out the restaurant was closed for maintenance. No bottled water or food/snacks. Huge disappointment. They could have at least stocked some bottled water, juices, bagels ... Something. Lobby was beautiful, but alas I couldn't enjoy the drinks I was expecting based on my booking so we went and spent $200+ at a competing restaurant and $150 more at a local shop buying alcohol. Would have spent at least this or more at Hotel Telluride. Completely ruined the experience. I honestly don't think I'll book here again. Poorly handled.

Great location. Beautiful welcoming and relaxing lobby area. The staff were great and attentive. Dinner onsite was very good and the cookies in the lobby were a nice plus!

Room opened up onto a soccer field that was used a lot while we were there. It's understandable because Telluride is small and the hotel backed up to the school. If we had been in town during ski season it might not have mattered. But we were there in September for a quiet getaway. It wasn't terrible, just was hoping for a little more of a special stay. We were also on the bottom floor, so we could hear the guests above us.

Exterior and lobby were exceptional. Location was very good, easy walk to anywhere in town.

Parking was full, they did not charge us, but we had to find street parking. Beds are very firm. Room is small (two double bed) for the price ($1750 for 3 nights). Tiny deck.
