The location is perfect for the event I was in town for.
The room stayed nice and cool, but it was incredibly humid in there. I know we got a ton of rain but it was still very humid.

Breakfast was great.Clean.Check out person was nice .Bed was comfortable.
Check in person was not welcoming.Didn't smile.No eye contact.Woke up early by someone slamming a door.Kids running in the hallway.Probably would get a room further away than the front entrance.Parking lot was wierd to get in and out of.

The staff was nice.
The location seemed a bit sketchy. Industrial part of town and the doors are locked after 11. If I knew the area was like that I probably would have picked somewhere different with my kids. The beds seemed too soft and I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was hit or miss. One day there was mini pancake sausage corn dog things. None of us liked them. The next day it was eggs and good. In our room there was a reading nook/ bench by the window and there were ants in it!!!!
